At SOOS Atelier, we want you to be completely enamored with your home decor; if a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original box with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our studio safely.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
